In Focus
Therapy That Helps You Feel Seen, Supported, and Understood
At In Focus, we support children, teens, and adults who are navigating life with unique challenges and strengths. Many of our clients identify as ADHD, Autistic, or otherwise neurodivergent, and we provide a compassionate, affirming space where they can understand their brains, build emotional regulation skills, and feel safe being fully themselves.
We also work with clients—both youth and adults—who are dealing with anxiety, depression, family conflict, or major life transitions. Our approach remains warm, strengths‑based, and collaborative, whether we’re helping a teen struggling with executive functioning, a child learning emotional coping skills, or an adult navigating relational issues.
We meet each client where they are; focusing on supporting their growth, and helping them build the insight, confidence, and resilience needed to navigate daily life. We also partner closely with caregivers when supporting children and teens, strengthening communication and making home and school environments more supportive.
Our goal is simple: to create a therapeutic space where every client—child, teen, or adult—feels seen, understood, and supported as they move toward greater clarity and well‑being.

Client Testimonials
“Zach is invaluable to our family. He helped us navigate moments of crisis and everyday questions, all with grace and thoughtfulness. Zach can relate to all age groups, but he especially shines with teens and young adults. I don't think our teen would be where he is today without Zach.” - Ingrid
“With Zach Gordon's help, over the last four years our son has gone from a deeply unhappy eighth grader whose anxiety and emotional dysregulation interfered with his ability to succeed in school, make friends, and navigate family relationships to a generally happy, self-confident high school senior who has made and maintained friendships in his quiet way and earned the appreciation and trust of teachers and coaches as well as classmates. When he started working with Zach Gordon, our son had had negative experiences with other therapists and been disappointed by multiple adults -- tutors, teachers, and others--leaving him wary and doubtful of therapists' ability to help him. But from early in their work together, Zach put him at ease and before long there was a therapeutic relationship of great trust and confidence. Zach Gordon has helped our family navigate difficult times along the way, providing extremely helpful guidance on how best to support our son through his struggles while always protecting our son's privacy and maintaining his trust. Now when our son experiences frustration or anger, he is able to express his feelings and advocate for himself, so the dysregulation is a thing of the past. Our son has made more progress than I would have dared to hope for four years ago and we are deeply grateful.” - Elizabeth
